Whether you are concerned about your child or are struggling yourself, know that you are not alone and that counseling can help. Together we will create a therapy plan to specifically address your concerns and to help you meet your goals for yourself and/or your child. We will build on your existing strengths and help you to find solutions. I offer a warm and supportive environment for children, teens, adults, and families to overcome challenges and create the lives they want to live
Your First Visit:
During your first visit, you and I will get a chance to get to know one another. I will go over some routine forms with you to explain your rights as a client, what you can expect from me, and what sessions will look like in the future. You can review some of these forms for yourself here. You will have a chance to tell me what brings you to seek counseling and together we will begin to create a plan to help you (and/or your child/family) to move towards your goals and towards the life you want for yourself, your child, and/or your family. At the end of the first visit, you will be given some questionnaires to fill out, that will further help us to develop a treatment plan that will meet your needs and will be effective in helping you meet your goals. .
